Please submit your event request at least eight to ten weeks before your event date in order to ensure the best experience for you and your guests. For small conference room bookings with no additional needs, please submit your request at least 2 weeks before your meeting date.

IMPORTANT: We may be unable to accommodate your event if the request is made less than six weeks before the desired date.

If your event doesn’t fall within this timeline, we are still happy to consider your event; however, we may be limited in the services and experience we can provide.
