Please note that if an event is scheduled beyond regular business hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) charges will apply and are based on length of time of access and any other incurred fees.
*Additional fees may apply for Kitchen access. **If you have a caterer that is not pre-approved by our team or on our Approved Catering List, please provide us with their Serv-Safe Certificate.
*Please note that as of 2016 no personal events are allowed at Hempstead Hall and all events should be reserved by a business, organization, or community group (i.e. birthday parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, etc.). Furthermore, we do not accept events including any religious ceremonial aspects (i.e. Weddings, communions, funerals, confirmations, etc.) If you have concerns about your event not being permitted, please call 870-722-8565 before you submit your request.
