Food & Rentals

In our 21 years of operation we've built relationships with trusted vendors, including planners, caterers, food trucks, and DJ & Entertainment services. In addition to being familiar with our venue, our trusted vendors have completed all the appropriate paperwork in advance to legally operate onsite.

All new vendors, are required to fulfill the same documentation to operate onsite. With a processing fee toward new food vendors.

Upon request, we will share the list of our trusted vendors so that you can complete bookings directly.

As the hosting venue we are more than happy to facilitate the booking of these services on your behalf for an additional fee. This additional cost goes toward communicating your vison to vendors; scheduling all parties including deliveries & pickups to ensure a smooth event; and the manual labor of setting up and taking down all furniture rentals in the required timeline.

As a full-production brewery, our regulations differ from bars, restaurants, and other venues. We are licensed to serve Beer and Wine. No hard alcohol (spirits) are allowed on the premises and neither hosts, vendors, or guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol onsite for consumption or sale.

Our Base Draught Menu for Private Events & Public Hours consists of:

  • In-House Craft Beer & Hard Seltzer 
  • House Red, White wine(s), and Sparkling Wine-Seasonal varietals.
  • In-House Craft Root Beer (Non-alcoholic)
  • Root Beer Floats
  • Fountain Sodas
  • Iced Tea & Lemonade

Coffee & Tea Services are available upon request.

Upon request, our team can acquire additional non-house wines and ciders from a certified distributor. Please note this would include an acquisition fee in addition to drink menu pricing.
