  • Agreement to be signed
  • Information about your vendor location
  • Booth number- Please note you do not get to choose your booth number.
  • Times (set up, selling, tear down, offsite)
  • Other important details about the event. 

Understand & Agree
I understand that the vendor space is limited to a 10'x10' space provide by the Centennial Park and I cannot place items outside this area. (required)
I understand that upon approval I will receive an Agreement that must be signed and returned, with the required business documents and payment, no later than Friday, October 23, 2026. (required)
I have read and agree to follow and enforce the General Park Rules and Feature Rules at Centennial Park (required)
I understand that if approved the vendor fee is non-refundable and due no later October 23, 2026. (required)
I understand that if I was a vendor in 2025, I am not guaranteed first right of refusal for 2026. (required)
I understand that failure to provide proper information and or documentations could lead to my application being rejected. (required)
**NEW: I understand that if approved as a Park Tent Vendor I will not have access to Park electricity until the tree is lit.** (required)
