We welcome the opportunity to host your private parties and events! 

Gamecraft has two spaces available to host your events.

Our private room can comfortably fit 20-25 people and is its own mini arcade! There are approximately 12 arcade and pinball machines in the private room, consoles for guests and room to put any of your personal belongings.

The private room can be booked in two-hour minimums at the following rates:

2 Hours - $400.00

Each Additional Hour $150.00.

Includes 2 Token Chests (400 Tokens and a $100.00 value). Can be used on the games inside the private room and any of the arcades in the bar.

 

Need more room? You can book the entire 2nd Floor of Gamecraft for a large private event! Perfect for milestone parties, corporate events or just wanting an entire arcade for you and your friends! The 2nd floor is over 5,000 square feet of pinballs, arcades and consoles and you'll have access to the 2nd floor bar (Currently serving cans and bottles), 2nd floor private room as bonus space, your own restrooms and all the games will be for the exclusive use of your group. This space can accommodate approximately 200 people. You and your guests are welcome to play the games or grab a drink on the first floor but one of our friendly-neighborhood security team members will ensure only your party guests can go upstairs! 

The 2nd Floor can be booked in four-hour blocks at the following rates - Please not entire floor reservations are limited to the number we can offer per month, particularly on weekends:

Monday - Thursday - $2,000.00

Friday & Saturday - $4,500.00

Sunday - $3,500.00 (THIS IS THE ONLY DAY WHERE PERSONS UNDER 21 WOULD BE ALLOWED - ALL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN)

These are for reservation of the space only, there are options for adding unlimited games and/or an open bar on a per head basis. For the open bar an 18% gratuity will be added to the open bar price only.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. We will reach out to you once the request is submitted for any additional information and ensure there are no conflicts with the scheduling of your event. 

Once confirmed with you, an invoice will be sent for 20% of the anticipated event price with the remainder due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations must be done at least 7 days prior to receive a refund of the deposit.

Please be aware of our open hours when selecting dates and times below! Parties outside of open hours will likely not be able to accommodated and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis (i.e. booking the private room outside of normal hours will not be possible as the entire bar needs to be open to access that space)
