Reservation Request Form

 

We are accepting new requests for dates January 10 - March 31, 2025.

You must submit a request at least 30 days in advance. Reservations are allowed by nonprofit organizations with the 501(C)3 designation and government offices only. 

To submit a reservation request, please complete the form below. Submitting a request does not confirm your reservation. You will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm the reservation.

Hours of Operation: 

Monday-Friday: 9:00am-7:00pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm   

Available Meeting Rooms & Capacities: Click on the Tab "Meeting Rooms" at the top of the website for detailed room descriptions. 

All rooms are equipped with WIFI Network, projector screen and projector.

Maximum capacity is 100 guests.
