You are about to submit information to our NORTH IDAHO Catering department. Please confirm that you are submitting an inquiry for the correct service style and location.

When we cater an event, you are reserving a food truck for your event to cook LARGE pizzas (and other various sides and appetizers if you choose) on site that are served at a buffet table for your guests to come up and grab slices buffet style.

This option is reserved solely for events where one person will be paying for the entire event. We do not accept payment by guest for our buffet services. We do not serve "food truck style" (personal pizzas to order) for any wedding. We strictly serve buffet style. 

If this does not fit the style of service you are requesting, please see our Food Truck page for more details and to reserve a food truck for personal size (10" pizzas) made to order for your event! Ultimately, we may offer both options or one or the other for events outside of weddings & rehearsal dinners as best seen fit by our Food Truck Coordinators. We factor in party size, time frame to serve, and various other factors when selecting the option to best fit your event.
