The Moseley Multi-Purpose Room

The Moseley Multi-Purpose room has a capacity of 90 auditorium seating and 70 banquet rounds seating.  

Peak Hours @ $125/hr with 2-hour minimum*

  • Friday: 3:00 pm-10:00 pm, 
  • Saturday: 7:30 am-10:00 pm, 
  • Sunday: 12:30 pm-10:00 pm
  • Holidays  

Off-Peak Hours @ $100/hr with 2-hour minimum*

  • Monday -Thursday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, 
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Non-Holidays  

The Comer Conference Room

The Comer Conference Room has a capacity of 24 classroom/board room, and 50 auditorium style seating.  

Peak Hours @ $100/hr with 2-hour minimum*

  • Friday: 3:00 pm-10:00 pm, 
  • Saturday: 7:30 am-10:00 pm, 
  • Sunday: 12:30 pm-10:00 pm
  • Holidays  

Off-Peak Hours @ $75/hr with 2-hour minimum*

  • Monday -Thursday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, 
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Non-Holidays   

There will also be a flat $100 cleaning fee for events with any type of food (snack, meal, etc,) and a $250 refundable security deposit.
