• Submitting this form does not place your preferred date on hold.
  
• Dates with listings in black or orange on the calendar in this page are already booked.
  
• Dates may be partially available. You can see the hours that are already booked if you switch the calendar view to "list" mode.
• Ceremony-only rental cannot be accommodated at this time.
• Inquiries are monitored during business hours. Woodend offices are closed on evenings, weekends, most federal holidays, and between Christmas and New Year's for maintenance.
• Tours are available by appointment only and during business hours. Evenings and weekends are reserved for private events like yours.
• Caterers outside of our approved list are not permitted.
