Please note that bookings on evenings and weekends include the mansion, and the tent from April through November (tent not available Dec-Mar). Therefore, booking just one room within the venue, or just the tent, is only permitted Tuesday-Thursday during business hours (9am-5pm).

• Dates with listings in black are booked.
• Check the date on "list" mode to see the hours that are already booked. Note that 12am to 1am will show on the following day. This is the end of the event the night before, so your date might still be open later in the day.
• Dates in orange may be partially available. You can see the unavailable hours in list mode.
• Dance is only permitted inside the Mansion.
• If your event requires a kosher-certified caterer, the only one currently approved is Medina Cuisine. This vendor requires a 3-hour window to set-up prior to your invitation time (instead of 2 hours like most caterers), which leaves you with 4 hours for your event (instead of 5 hours), with the last hour for vendor-only clean-up. If you foresee your event to last more than 4 hours, you will need to book the venue for at least one additional hour.
• We include our fully equipped tent in all evening and weekend events between April and November, but the caterer is responsible for all the catering-related equipment, including all tables and chairs.
  
• Inquiries are monitored during business hours.
• Tours are available by appointment only. Tours on weekends are not available due to private events like yours.
  
• Woodend offices are closed on evenings, weekends, most federal holidays, and between Christmas and New Year's for maintenance.
• The calendar on this page is set to "list" view for you to see what dates and times are already booked. You can switch to "calendar" view on the top-right corner of the calendar window if you prefer.
