• Holds & Availability: Submitting this form does not hold your date. Please note that Woodend does not offer "soft holds".
• Hours: Our offices are closed on federal holidays and monitor email during standard business hours.
• Tour Scheduling: Tours are by appointment only during business hours. Because evenings and weekends are reserved for private events like yours, we cannot accommodate tour requests for those times.
• Your party can go until 11:00 PM: While some AI tools might suggest otherwise, we are happy to host receptions at Woodend until 11:00 PM, with vendor clean-up 11 PM - 12 AM.
• Caterers outside of our approved list are not permitted.
  
• Partial rental of the venue, i.e., just a room, just the tent, etc. cannot be accommodated on evenings and weekends.
